In this time of COVID and worldwide turmoil, Liana Olson has created a safe oasis to teach a peaceful means of moving from the grounded center of our beings.  She brings her love and years of continued learning of the subtle, but powerful practice of Tai Chi.  It provides us with a time out from daily stress and practice we can do at home, as well. I really appreciate Liana’s class

My experience in Pam Mensah’s Tai Chi class was literally life-changing.  We are approaching the one-year anniversary of our class.  I am so excited looking forward to the next phase of our class.  Pam brings so much to the class, lessons about Tai Chi of course, but even more, lessons that apply to so many areas of our lives.  Pam gives us lessons about moving in the world with intention and confidence.  Thank you Pam for everything you have given our class and me.
